A hands-on approach

We have a client-centric approach to how we structure our teams, which means for some of our larger clients, like BT, we have specialist teams of planners, online planners/buyers, search experts, and then broadcast and press teams who handle the huge media investment. For others, we have integrated teams of planners who work across all channels, with help in buying from our core broadcast, press, and search teams. All of our outdoor buying is via Kinetic – WPP’s outdoor buying specialist.

This approach allows us to structure our clients’ businesses requirements.

Non-media solutions are often managed by Maxus, working closely with companies who specialize in relevant areas such as events, PR, and content creation, aiding the development and implementation of media-neutral strategies, so you’ll find real opportunities for a greater amount of involvement in non-core media projects, to deliver innovative solutions beyond the standard media agency remit.

We have huge ambitions to grow and develop innovative and engaging 21st-century communications planning and implementation ideas.  Nevertheless, the agency still enjoys all the benefits of a smaller agency culture – we’re all on one floor for example and we all know everyone’s name!
